Life goes on.....Trust your instincts…..Beware of unlicensed contractors

A "Craigslist" plumber with doubtful credentials. And we gave in, thinking he ‘sounded’ experienced. This happened in May 2013….. and the end result of this experience was there to see in July 2013!

We called ‘him’ ( let me spare him his share of respite by not mentioning names) several times after we discovered leaks in work. He picked up the first time and never called back after that.
He not only never responded to the leaky mess, he sent haughty emails and then came one day and in a horrifying manner…..created a big mess of the whole work, left the tap leaking like a fountain and switched off our water supply to cover up for his mess. He had then switched off his cell.
We worked from home and had repairs done by another ‘licensed’  guy. Lesson learnt.

We left several reviews on yelp to protect others but in vain...Yelp refuses to acknowledge  for reasons known best to them.
Well, such people are a threat to society, wasting time and hard earned money for faulty work.

Hope he either polishes his skills or finds another job.
See some attached pics of a work done badly….sigh…
